Dukungan Cina Terhadap Program Nuklir Iran (2006-2009)

Abstract

The research will describe China’s foreign policy over Iran’snuclear program in international politics. The study of thisresearch includes how China to reach the national interest,submit its support for Iran’s nuclear program. China is one ofsecurity council member of united nations that posses vetoright permanently, so that China’s role is related tosignificant influence toward Iran’s nuclear program andmiddle east and international stability. The research appliesrealism approach in explaining China’s motivation toimplement its foreign policy in supporting Iran’s nuclearprogram with nations-state level analysis. The researchapplies qualitative method. The research describes thatChina’s attemps to maintain its energy security bysubmitting its support over Iran’s nuclear program.
